oasis of tranquility

My stay lasted five nights. the location near artisan shops at the top of the souk was perfect. I found them very interesting. the team was superb. They offered tea at night, heaters, and water. i loved this peaceful spot.
The alley to the riad was dark, and the area wasn't great. It was a minor inconvenience, though

the junior suite was spacious and clean, a very comfortable space. moroccan design touches added a stylish touch. i really enjoyed the comfortable bed.

the staff was friendly and helpful. they assisted me with transport and responded quickly on whatsapp. houssaine arranged a tuk-tuk for dinner. i received a warm welcome from brahim.

the riad offered easy walking distance to the souks. the riad was very close to major attractions in the medina. it was easy to get around, so that was perfect!

The hammam and massage package was relaxing. I felt pampered. the riad is beautifully decorated, and the hotel is well maintained. the rooftop offers gorgeous views. What a treat.

Overrated Riad, Disappointing Experience

I booked a beautiful room expecting a certain level of quality, but I faced several issues. The alley leading to the riad felt unsafe, especially at night. My room was split-level, with a cramped upstairs area with a low ceiling and tiny window. The steep stairs were inconvenient, and the shower was showing its age.. my request to have my luggage brought to my driver after checkout was ignored, a real letdown.

the staff provided helpful advice concerning the different areas. hassan explained which map app worked best for navigation. valerie and thomas created a riad with original design features. the courtyard trees and scented oils treated all senses.
the area around the riad felt unsafe at night. i noticed people loitering nearby that harassed tourists. the room lacked sunlight and felt claustrophobic because of the small window. the shower was run down.
